摘　　要：分析了空调面板框的结构特点及工艺要求,介绍了叠层式注射模的结构、工作过程以及结构设计要点。经分析验证,该叠层式注射模结构设计合理、可靠,制品尺寸一致性好,模具费用降低30%,成型效率提高一倍。Through the technological analysis of the air condition panel, we introduced the structure principle of the stack injection mold for the air condition panel for designing the mold. mold structure was reasonable, reliable in operation, coherence in dimension, can double the efficiency, and the cost of the mold can be reduced 30%.
