摘　　要：对北京市甲、乙两个印刷材料厂ＥＥ作业工人劳动卫生学调查结果发现，甲厂ＰＳ版涂布工序和乙厂ＰＳ版涂布及ＰＳ烘干工序空气中ＥＥ浓度均超过美国ＴＬＶ－ＴＷＡ１９ｍｇ／ｍ３标准。ＥＥ作业工人血清胆固醇含量极显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１），而甘油三酯含量极显著低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００１）。表明ＥＥ对接触者脂代谢有影响。The　occupational　and　health　surveillance　of　workers　exposed　to　2thoxyethanol(EE)　in　A　and　B　print　material　factory　in　Beijing　city　were　conductedThe　EE　concentrations　in　air　in　the　PS　coating　procedure　in　both　A　and　B　factory　and　in　the　PS　stoving　finishing　procedure　of　B　printery　appeared　to　be　exceeded　threshold　limit　valuetime　weighted　average(TLVTWA=19mg/m3)The　results　indicated　that　the　contents　of　serum　cholesterol　in　workers　exposed　to　EE　appeared　to　be　much　higher　than　those　of　controls　(P<0001),but　the　contents　of　triglyceride　showed　significant　decrease　as　compared　with　controls　(P<0001)It　suggested　that　EE　could　influence　the　fat　metabolism　of　exposed　workers
