煤工尘肺生命质量评价指标间关系的探讨

摘　　要：本文采用自行设计，并经过质量检验的调查表对煤工尘肺生命质量评价指标间关系进行了研究。量表采取低优的打分原则，采用因子分析技术对生命质量指标进行了权重打分，表明了各指标的相对重要性；用简单相关分析对各指标间关系进行了分析，更明确了生命质量指标间的内在关系；采用聚类分析探讨了各指标的性质和相互联系。本研究旨在把生命质量评价方法应用于煤工尘肺的研究，使煤工尘肺生命质量评价方法更全面、准确、统一，为煤工尘肺的综合防治提供一个重要的依据。The　relation　among　the　assessment　indices　of　quality　of　life　in　coal　worker’s　pneumoconiosis(CWP)　with　the　new　designed　questionnaire　scale　were　studied　and　evaluatedThe　questionnaire　scale　was　scored　as　the　lower　the　betterIn　addition,the　scores　of　various　indices　of　quality　of　life　were　weighed　by　using　factor　analysis　method　and　showed　the　relative　importance　of　various　indicesThe　questionnaire　scale　was　expected　to　analyze　the　relation　among　various　indices　with　sample　correlation　analysis　and　made　clear　the　interrelationship　among　indices　of　quality　of　lifeThe　nature　and　mutual　relation　of　various　indices　were　studied　with　regression　analysisThis　study　aimed　at　adopting　the　method　of　quality　of　life　to　the　study　of　CWP,to　improve　its　perfection,accuracy　and　unity,and　provided　an　important　tool　for　the　comprehensive　prevention　and　treatment　of　CWP
