摘　　要：目的介绍经皮锁定桥接钢板技术治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折,并观察其临床效果。方法采用经皮插入锁定桥接钢板内固定治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折61例。结果61例随访6～24个月,骨折无延迟愈合,无畸形愈合和钢板松动断裂。内固定术后无植骨52例的临床愈合时间为12～16周,植骨9例为19～24周。结论经皮锁定桥接钢板技术是治疗复杂性胫腓骨骨折的有效方法,特别适合骨质疏松患者。Objective To introduce percutaneous locking bridging-plate osteosynthesis for the treatment of complicated tibiofibular fracture and investigate the clinical results. Methods Sixtyone patients with complicate tibiofibular fracture were treated with the pereutaneous locking bridging-plate osteosynthesis. Results All the patients were followed up for 6 to 24 month. No delayed union,malunion or plate looseing were found. After internal fixation operation, there were fifty-two fractures without bone graft healing time were 12 to 16 weeks, while other nine bone grafting patients healing tirne were 19 to 24 weeks. Conclusion percutaneous locking bridgingplate osteosynthesis is a safe and effective technique in the treatment of complicated tibiofibular fracture,specially feasible osteoprosis pationts.
