摘  要:以钛酸丁酯乙醇溶液为原料,以FeCl_3·6H_2O为掺杂成分,采用液料等离子喷涂法制备了Fe^(3+)掺杂TiO_2纳米粉末,并利用红外分光光度计(IR)及X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)对Fe^(3+)掺杂TiO_2纳米粉末的结构和元素的化合价及表面化学态进行了测试,以光催化降解甲基橙测试其光催化活性.结果表明,Fe^(3+)掺杂TiO_2纳米粉末中,Fe元素仍为+3价,而Ti元素均为+4价;随着Fe^(3+)掺杂含量的增大,TiO_2红外光谱Ti-O吸收峰明显地窄化,O1s区XPS高分辨谱中羟基自由基所占比例逐渐增大,而吸附水所占比例逐渐减小;随着Fe^(3+)量的增加,甲基橙降解率呈先增大后减小的趋势,Fe^(3+)最佳掺杂量为0.5%,甲基橙降解率在60min可达81%,比纯TiO_2粉末高出80%.The iron ion doped TiO2 nanopowders were prepared by liquid plasma spray with solution of titanium tetra-tert-butoxide and alcohol as feedstock and FeCl3·6H2O as doping component, the structure and element chemical valence and surface states were tested by infrared spectrophotometer (IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) respectively, and the photocatalysis activity was tested by degradation reaction of methyl orange. The results showed that the element of iron is all Fe ( Ⅲ ), and the element of titanium is all Ti ( Ⅳ ). The IR absorption peak of Ti-O narrows down obviously as the iron ion content increases. In the high resolution XPS spectra of Ols region,the proportion of hydroxyl groups increases and that of absorbed H2O decreases as the iron ion content increases. The degradation rate of methyl orange increases when the iron ion content is low, and decreases when the iron ion content is high. The optimum iron ion content is 0.5 %, and the degradation rate of methyl orange is 81%, which is 80% higher than that with pure TiO2.
