摘 要:运用人-机-环境系统工程理论,对新庄煤矿综采工作面系统中的人、机、环境三大要素及其对事故的影响进行了分析.指出了人因失误的原因,提出了相应的控制对策.得出了综采面事故与人的因素的关系,计算出该矿综采队群体的可靠度为0.9924.对机器设备的可靠性进行了分析,并对事故进行了事件树分析和事故树分析,得出了各种系统状态的发生概率和顶上事件的发生概率.对综采面事故与环境因素进行了灰色关联分析和模糊聚类分析,指出了影响安全的主次因素.最后对综采面的安全性进行了灰熵综合性评价,指出了综采工作面在人、机和环境等方面存在的问题,并提出了相应的改进或控制措施.Man, machine and environment and their influences on safety of fully mechanized mining face in Xinzhuang coal mine was analyzed with man-machine-environment system engineering theory and methodology. The causes and countermeasures of human errors were put forward. The relationship between accidents and human factors was drawn out via analysis. Fuzzy reliability of the team in fully mechanized mining face was calculated out which is 0.9924. The reliability of machine in fully mechanized mining face was analyzed. Probobilities of system statuses and top event was ascertained via event tree analysis and fault tree analysis on accidents, was calculated. Grey correlative analysis and fuzzy cluster analysis were used to analyze environment factors. The primary and secondary factors influencing safety were ascertained. Finally, the safety of fully mechanized mining face in Xinzhuang coal mine was evaluated with grey entropy synthetic evaluation model. The problems existing in fully mechanized mining face were pointed out. At the same time, the corresponding countermeasures to improve or control were put forward.
