摘 要:以沧州炼油厂FCC汽油为原料,双氧水为氧化剂,甲酸为催化剂、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为萃取溶剂,采用高压釜反应器,进行了氧化萃取脱硫工艺的研究。对双氧水用量、甲酸催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间进行了考察。最佳脱硫工艺条件为:氧化剂用量占汽油体积的3%,催化剂用量占汽油体积的9%,反应温度为30℃,反应时间为60 mim。在最佳工艺条件下,原料油硫含量从400μg.g-1降至104μg.g-1,脱硫率为74%,汽油收率在83%左右。汽油质量满足欧Ⅲ标准。The fluid catalytic cracking gasoline of Cangzhou refinery was studied in the presence of formic acid applied hydrogen peroxide as oxidant, N, N-dimethylfomamide (DMF) as extractive solvent. The optimum desulfurization process conditions were researched in the high-pressure vessel. The influence factors included the amount of oxidant, the amount of catalyst, the reaction temperature and the reaction time, were studied. The experimental results indicated that the optimum process conditions were as followed: the amount of oxidant was 3% of the volume of gasoline, the amount of catalyst was 9% of the volume of gasoline, the reaction temperature 30 ℃, the reaction time 60 min. The sulfur content of the raw oil was decreased from 400 μg· g^-1 to 104 μg· g^-1 under the optimal conditions, and the yield of gasoline was about 83 %. The gasoline quality was meet Europe Ⅲ standard.
