摘 要:以氢化松节油为分离体系,确定精馏工艺线路和理论塔板数。选择双塔精馏流程分离提纯氢化松节油体系中的蒎烷和蒎烯组分,采用Wilson活度系数方程的相平衡模型,在全回流近似法物料衡算的基础上,编写VB程序对氢化松节油体系的精馏过程进行了逐板计算,结果表明,当蒎烷和蒎烯的塔顶回收率为99.0%和98.9%时,所需的理论塔板数分别为58块和22块。Process for rectification of hydrogenated turpentine and the number of theoretic tower plate had been determined applied hydrogenated turpentine as separation system. The components of hydrogenated turpentine pinane and pinene, were separated by two-tower process. Based on approximate material balance, a Visual Basic program had been compiled to carry out rectification calculation of hydrogenated turpentine by a plate to plate method. The results showed that theoretic plate number was 58 and 22 when the recovery of pinane and pinene on the top of tower was 99.0 % and 98.6 %, respectively.
