摘  要:目的探讨调督安神胶囊对PTX致痫大鼠海马N-甲基D-天冬氨酸受体亚单位NR1(NMDAR1)的影响。方法建立PTX癫痫大鼠模型,再随机分为模型对照组、中药低剂量组、中药高剂量组、西药组。分别给予双蒸水和调督安神胶囊、西药灌胃。然后进行NMDAR1免疫组织化学染色和免疫阳性细胞记数。结果PTX致痫大鼠海马NMDAR1表达显著增强,而经过中药治疗后的癫痫大鼠海马NMDAR1阳性细胞数明显减少,接近于正常组。结论调督安神胶囊可以抑制海马组织中NMDAR1的过度表达,这可能是其改善癫痫大鼠学习和记忆障碍的机制之一。Objective To observe the effects of Tiaodu Anehen capsule on the NMDAR1 in hippocampus neuron in picrotoxin (PTX) - in- duced epilepsy rats. Methods The PTX-induced epilepsy rats were established, and then randomly divided into 4 groups: model control group, Chinese medicine low dosage group, high dosage group and western medicine group. The rats were treated with intragastric administration: Double distilled water ,Tiaodu Anshen capsule and western medicine. The expressions of NMDARI in hippoeampus neuron were evaluated by immunohisto- chemistry and the positive neurons were counted, Results The NMDARl-positive neurons significantly increased in PTX-induced epilepsy rats, while the NMDARl-positive neurons in Chinese medicine low and high dosage groups significantly decreased. Condusion Tiaodu Anshen capsule can significantly reduce the excessive expressions of NMDAR1 in hippoeampus neuron, which is one of the possible mechanisms in Tiaodu Anshen capsule improvement on learning and memory for epilepsy rats.
