地塞米松对腹腔镜手术患者术后恶心呕吐的预防作用

摘　　要：目的研究地塞米松对腹腔镜手术患者术后恶心呕吐(PONV)的预防作用。方法选取80位行腹腔镜手术患者进行随机、双盲、对照研究,观察术后恶心呕吐及疼痛。结果地塞米松组患者术后恶心呕吐发生率明显低于对照组。两组患者的术后疼痛程度无显著差异。使用地塞米松的患者未见严重并发症。结论本研究证实了地塞米松预防腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐的有效性。Objective To explore dexamethasone preventive function on postoperative nausea and vomiting （PONV） after laparoscopic surgery. Methods 80 patients after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into two groups and then used in double-blind placebo-controlled study. Such indices as PONV and pain were observed. Results The incidence rate of PONV in dexamethasone group was significantly decreased than that in control group. There was no serious complication in dexamethasone group. Conclusion The research proves the efficacy of dexamethasone preventive function on PONV after laparoscopic surgery.
