消防兵的心理健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的分析我国消防兵的心理健康状况。方法对上海某消防支队的219例官兵进行SCL-90测试，并将结果与中国正常人男性组常模和中国军人男性组常模进行比较。结果消防兵的SCL-90总分为（151.94±40．93），阳性项目数为（39.60±20．07）；消防兵的SCL-90总分、各因子分、阳性项目数均高于中国正常人男性组常模，差异有极显著性（P〈0．001）（人际固子分差异有显著性，P〈0．01）；消防兵的SCL-90总分、阳性项目数及强迫、敌对因子分均高于中国军人男性组常模（军男组），差异有极显著性（P〈0．001）；消防组的躯体化固子分（P〈0．01）和抑郁因子分（P〈0．05）亦高于军男组。结论消防兵的心理健康水平较低，可能与他们面对的心理压力大有关。Objective To explore the mental health statues of firemen, Methods 219 firemen were tested with SCL-90. The results were compared with the norms of normal Chinese men and Chinese servicemen. Results In the group of firemen, the total score was （151.94±40.93）, the positive items （39.60±20.07）; The total score, the number of positive items and factorial scores of firemen were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese men（P〈 0.001）;The total score, the number of positive items and many factorial scores including obsession, hostility,somatization,depression were significantly higher than the norm of Chinese servicemen（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The mental health statues of firemen were lower than normal Chinese men and Chinese servicemen,which may be related with their mental tension.
