医疗救助试点城市贫困居民对医疗救助的认知情况调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解医疗救助试点城市救助对象对医疗救助的认知情况,为进一步提高医疗救助的可及性及完善医疗救助政策提供合理化建议。[方法]2007年,对A、B、C、D、E、F 6个试点城市的1 116户城市医疗救助对象进行调查。[结果]调查1 116人,了解当地医疗救助政策的502人,占44.98%。对医疗救助政策的知晓率,下岗职工为30.52%,其他人员为47.18%(P<0.01)东部地区的A、B和E市为57.02%,中部地区的C、D市为37.35%,西部的F市为19.10%(P<0.01);52.44%认为医疗救助程序比较复杂,87.00%认为医疗救助政策比较公平,81.29%认为门诊救助额度比较低,75.76%认为住院救助额度比较低。[结论]医疗救助试点城市特别是中、西部地区的救助对象对医疗救助政策的知晓率较低。[Objective]To study cognition status of Medicaid among assisted object of Medical Assistance in tentative cities,provide rationalization proposal on improving accessibility of Medicaid and perfecting Medicaid policy. [Methods] Questionnaire survey among poor citizens from 1 116 households of A,B,C,D,E and F cities was carried out in 2007. [Resuits] 116 poor citizens were investigated,only 44. 98 % of them understood local Medicaid policy, the understanding rate among laid-off workers was 30.52 %, while among other poor citizens was 47.18 % （ P〈0. 01） ;the understanding rate in A,B and E cities of the eastern area was 57.02% ,while in C and D cities of the middle area was 37.35% ,in F city of the western area was 19.10% （P〈0.01）;52.44% of poor citizens surveyed think that Medicaid program is complex, 87.00% of poor citizens surveyed think that Medicaid policy is fair,81.29% of poor citizens surveyed think that the Medicaid cost is low for outpatients,75.76% of poor citizens surveyed think that Medicaid cost is low for inpatients. [Conclusion]The understanding rate is very low in tentative cities of Medicaid especially in the middle area and western area.
