2006年邳州市麻疹疫苗效价与免疫成功率调查

摘　　要：[目的]为评价麻疹疫苗效价及免疫原性,更好地做好麻疹疫苗接种管理工作。[方法]2006年7月分别选择8月龄麻疹疫苗基础免疫儿童60人、4周岁麻疹疫苗复种免疫儿童60人,于接种前当天及接种后1个月各采集末稍血0.3 ml,分离血清,用ELISA方法检测麻疹IgG抗体。选择邳州市疾病预防控制中心及其辖区内2个接种门诊,各采集麻疹疫苗10支,采用微量细胞培养板法,进行麻疹疫苗效价检测。[结果]3个采样点麻疹疫苗效价均值为3.73 logCCID50/ml,合格率100.00%。8月龄儿童基础免疫后抗体阳性率、几何平均滴度(GMT)均较免前明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),基础免疫成功率为93.33%。4周岁儿童复种免疫后抗体阳性率较免前升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);复种免疫后GMT明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复种免疫前抗体阴性及低水平抗体儿童免疫成功率为100.00%;免前抗体1∶800者,免后抗体4倍增长率为28.30%。[结论]邳州市冷链系统运转正常,麻疹疫苗免疫成功率较高,两剂次麻疹疫苗接种具有良好的免疫效果。[Objective]To evaluate the valence and immunogenicity of measles vaccine so as to operate measles vaccine inoculation better. [Methods]60 children aged 8 months and 60 children aged 4 years were selected. Every child was inoculated with measles vaccine,and 0. 3ml peripheral blood was colle cted on the day of inoculation and the day after one month of inoculation respectively, The blood serum IgG antibody against measles was detected with ELISA method. Ten tubes of measles vaccine were collected respectively from Pizhou center for disease control and prevention and two out-patient clinics for vaccination in Pizhou for detecting the valence of measles vaccine with microculture plate mothod. [Results]The average valence of measles vaccine from the three spots was 3. 73log CCID50/ml. The qualified rate of valence of measles vaccine was 100%. The antibody positive rate and the GMT after vaccination were higher than that before in children aged 8 months,the statistical difference was significant （P〈0.05）. The first immune success rate of measles vaccine was 93.33%. The antibody positive rate and the GMT after vaccination were higher than that before in children aged 4 years, while the difference for the antibody positive rate was not significant（ P〈0.05）, the GMT was increased obviously wih significant difference（ P 〈0.05）. The revaccination immune success rate in children aged 4 years was 100% with lower antibody level and negative antibody before vaccinaion. The 4 times growth rate was 28.30% in children whose antibody 1 ; 800 before vaccination. [Conclusion]The cold chain system in PiZhou city operated well, and the children had a higher immune success rate. There was good immune effect with two doses measles vaccine inoculation.
