摘 要:以钾离子透入法引起大鼠甩尾反应的电流强度为痛反应指标,测定动物的痛阈。观察到中脑导水管周围灰质注射神经降压素后,大鼠痛阈明显增加;注射抗神经降压素血清后,痛阈明显降低;注射纳洛酮后神经降压素的镇痛作用明显削弱。提示中脑导水管周围灰质内生理水平的神经降压素在痛觉调制中发挥作用,其部分作用可能是由内源性阿片肽系统中介的。The effect of periaqueductal gray(PAG) of neurotensin (NT),anti-NT serum(ANTS) and Naloxone (Nx) on the pain threshold in rats was studied. The potassium iontophoresis tail-flick was used for measuring the pain threshold changed.The pain threshold was significantly increased during 70 min after injecting NT into PAG as compared with that of the control group.On the contrary,the pain threshold was decresed remarkanly in the ANTS group as compared with that of the NRS contral group.with pre-injection of Nx into PAG,the analgesia effect of NT analgesia was weakened. The results indicated that NT in PAG may be involved in pain modulation.The effect of NT could be partly effected by endogenous opiate peptides.
