PCNA、C-erbB-2P^(185)在 HBV 感染慢性肝炎 LC、HCC 中表达的对照研究

摘　　要：对１４６例慢性乙型肝炎、肝硬变和肝细胞癌标本作了免疫组化染色，观察其Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２Ｐ１８５、增殖细胞核抗原的表达情况，探讨他们在ＨＢＶ诱发ＨＣＣ过程中的作用和意义。结果表明：（１）在ＨＢＶ感染的慢性肝炎阶段已出现Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２Ｐ１８５和ＰＣＮＡ的异常表达，总阳性率分别为８７％和８１％。（２）由慢性乙肝、肝硬变向肝细胞癌发展过程中，出现了增殖细胞核抗原表达逐渐升高，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２Ｐ１８５逐渐下降的趋势。（３）本实验还证实Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２Ｐ１８５与肝病理炎症程度密切相关，而增殖细胞核抗原主要反映细胞增殖状态。由此可见，ＨＢＶ致肝细胞癌过程是一个早期以炎症为主，逐渐过度为细胞增殖为主的多阶段复杂过程。The expressions of C-erbB-2P 185 oncogene protein and PCNA were investigated immunohistochemically in specimens from 146 cases of hepatitis B,Cirrhosis and hepatoellular Carcinoma to study the role of C-erbB-2 oncoprotein and PCNA in HBV-associated HCC progression. The results were as follows:(1)During chronic hepatitis B C-erbB-2P 185 and PCNA had abnormal expressions. The total positive rates of C-erbB-2P 185 and PCNA expression in chronic hepatitis B were 87% and 8 1% respectively.(2)We found an increasing expression of PCNA and decreasing expression of C-erbB-2 oncogene protein in the progression of chronic hepatitis B, hepatic cirrhosis to HCC.(3) We also determined that C-erbB-2P 185 expression was closely related to hepatic inflammatory degree, while PCNA mainly reflected hepatic cell proliferation. This suggested that HBV-induced HCC was a complicated evolution from early inflammation to late cellular proliferation.
