摘　　要：讨论了集成单稳态触发器74121触发输入端和引脚11的输入特性,深入分析了影响74121单稳态电路暂稳时间的因素。提出了4种用单片74121构成的自激多谐振荡器电路,分别讨论了它们的工作原理,研究了振荡频率的计算公式,并用实际测试的结果进行了对比分析。理论分析和实验结果证明,74121构成单稳态电路时,定时元件的取值范围可以适当增大,单片74121振荡器电路方案可行。The input characteristics of trigger input-terminals and the pin 11 of integrated monostable multivibrator 74121 were discussed in this paper.The effective factors for temporary stability time of 74121 were analyzed deeply.Four self-exciting multivibrator circuits constituted with single 74121 are proposed.And the operation principles of these circuits are presented.The calculating formulas for frequency of oscillation are studied and the comparative analysis with practical test results is performed.The theoretical analysis and the experimental results verify that the value range of timing components in 74121 monostable circuits can be extended properly and the single 74121 self-exciting multivibrator is feasible.
