摘  要:为探讨周围神经功能性电刺激对骨折愈合的作用,应用3H—脯氨酸和45Ca—氯化钙无载体放射性核素体内示踪技术,检测了周围神经功能性电刺激对实验性骨折愈合过程中胶原纤维形成与基质钙化的影响。发现:生理性电刺激周围神经,使3H—和45Ca—掺入早期骨痂的量增加(与对照组相比P<005);45Ca—/3H—的比率提高迅速。表明早期骨痂内胶原蛋白合成量增加,基质钙化迅速、完全,骨性骨痂发生早、骨转化过程缩短。因此认为,周围神经功能性电刺激可作为促进骨修复的辅助手段。In an attempt to determine the effects of functional electrical stimulation of peripheral nerve on fracture healing, radioisotope tracers technique (e.g. intraperitoneal 3H? Proline and 45 Ca? Calcium chloride carrier-free solution) was used to evaluate the metabolic activity in callus during experimental fracture healing. The results showed that the amount of 3H and 45 Ca was increased, and the 45 Ca / 3H ratio increased more rapidly in the early callus after functional elcetrical stimulation of peripheral nerve.These indicated that the functional electrical stimulation of peripheral nerve could increase collagen synthesis, accelerate mineralization of collagenous matrix and shorten ossification process in the callus. It is suggested that the healing of experimental fracture may be expedited as a result of treatment with the functional electrical stimulation of the peripheral nerve.
