摘 要:目的考察岗梅总皂苷的最佳提取工艺,为生产提供依据。方法以岗梅总皂苷含量和其提取率为评价指标,采用四因素三水平正交实验设计优选岗梅中岗梅总皂苷的最佳提取工艺。结果溶媒种类和提取次数对提取效果有显著影响,岗梅总皂苷的最佳提取工艺为:以6倍量50%乙醇回流提取两次,每次1h。结论验证实验表明优选出的提取工艺稳定可行,适用于岗梅总皂苷的提取。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total saponin of Radix ilicis asprellae and provide the basis for production. Methods The orthogonal design method was used to optimize extraction process for total saponin of Radix ilicis asprellaei with the content of total saponin and its extraction rate as observing index. Results The factors of menstruum and extracting times have significant effect on total saponin extraction, and the optimal extracting process was as follows: Radix ilicis asprellae was extracted with 50% alcohol for two times, with 6 folds of the solvent volume and refluxing one hour each time. Conclusion It was shown by an approval test that the optimized process was stable, feasible and suitable for the extraction of total saponin of Radix ilicis asprellae.
