摘 要:针对基山砂岩体储层特性,从防膨、防乳、低表(界)面张力等角度出发,研制了低伤害油层保护液配方体系,进行了降低返排压力试验、耐温性试验、防原油乳化试验、岩心伤害试验。结果表明,在低渗透砂岩油藏完井、洗压井等作业液中加入油层保护液,能够有效防止粘土矿物的膨胀,防止完井液与原油形成乳液,明显降低完井液返排压力,可以很好地防止水敏和水锁现象的发生,对地层渗透率基本无伤害。in consideration of the characteristics of Jishan sandstone reservoirs,a formulae system of reservoir protection fluid with low formation damage was developed from the aspects of swell prevention,emulsification resistance and low surface tension,experiments of reducing flowback pressure,high temperature,oil emulsification resistance and core damage were carried out.The result shows that the reservoir protection fluid is put into well completion fluid and well flushing fluid in low permeability sandstone reservoirs,by which clay mineral swelling,emulsion created by using well completion fluid can be effectively prevented,flowback pressure of completion fluid is obviously reduced.It can be used for preventing water sensitivity and water locking without formation damage.
