摘　　要：目的优选黄芩药材的超声提取条件。方法在单因素实验的基础上确定醇浓度、超声时间、溶剂体积和超声次数4因素正交实验。结果黄芩超声提取最佳提取条件为:0.5 g黄芩样品用70%的乙醇6 mL超声提取2次,每次25 min。结论该方法简单、快速、提取率高,可用于黄芩中活性成分的提取。Objective To investigate optimum process conditions of the contents of extraction from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods Based on the single factor, the influences of 4 important factors （the different concentration of ethanol,the volume of solvent,the time of extraction and times） were selected with orthogonal test. Results The optimum processing conditions were： 0.5 g of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, 6 mL of 70% ethanol and 25 min of extraction for twice. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, which can be used to extract active ingredients from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
