桃红四物汤对膝关节置换术后血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨桃红四物汤对膝关节置换术后血清IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α表达水平的影响。方法将60例膝关节置换患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,对照组予以常规术后处理,治疗组在对照组相同处理基础上在术后服用桃红四物汤。两组患者于术前1 d及术后第1、7天清晨空腹抽血,用酶联免疫法测定IL-2、IL-6和TNF-α水平。结果两组患者术前1 d与术后1 d之间血清IL-l、IL-6、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者术后第7天血清IL-6、IL-2、TNF-α比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论桃红四物汤能降低膝关节置换患者的IL-2、IL-6及TNF-α的血清表达水平,减少感染、血栓形成等并发症的发生。Objective To investigate effects of Taohong Siwu decoction on the expression level of the serum IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α after tients with knee joint replacement were randomly patient in each group, The patients in control knee joint replacement. Methods The 60 padivided into control and treatment groups, 30 group were dealt normally, and in treatment group were dealt with adding Taohong Siwu decoction orally. The serum from all the patients at the I day before the operation, 1st day and 7th day after that to detect IL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α level with the enzyme-linked immunosorbent. Results The serum levels of IL-1, IL-6, TNF-α levels at one day before and after the operation were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）, and statistical significant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） after 7 days. Conclusion Taohong Siwu decoction can reduce the expression levels of serumIL-2, IL-6 and TNF-α in patients with knee arthroplasty and decrease occurrence of infection, thrombosis and other complications.
