支原体感染诱发小儿哮喘20例临床研究

摘　　要：为了探讨肺炎支原体（MP）感染与哮喘发病的关系，本文对109名哮喘患儿进行了MP—PCR检测及临床免疫学研究。结果表明：哮喘组有20例（MP—PCR）阳性（阳性率为18．3％），体液免疫降低，说明在哮喘的发病中MP感染是不容忽视的诱发因素。In order to explore the relationship between the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP)and asthma attack, The MP - PCR and clinic immunological function tests in 109 children with asthma were conducted.The results showed that there were 20 patients with MP-PCR positive in asthmatic group (the positive rate is 18. 3% ) and the humoral imunity was low. The study illustrates that the MP infection was an important inducing factor in asthma attack.
