摘　　要：以浙江省仙居县白塔镇为例,分析了中心镇规划与建设实践中存在的问题,并提出了科学推进中心镇建设的对策建议,指出中心镇建设是当前城市化进程中农村社区变迁在居住形式上的反映,也是实现城乡空间一体化目标的关键环节。Taking the example of Baita town, Xianju county, Zhejiang, it analyses the problems in the planning and building of central town, puts forward suggestions on the scientific promoting of central town building, points out that central town building is a transformation of rural community in residential form in the process of urbanization and also a key to realize the integration of urban and rural areas.
