摘  要:在以绝热的高温旋风分离器作为分离元件的CFB锅炉中,因旋风分离器及返料立管内物料的二次燃烧而导致物料超温甚至结焦,因而影响锅炉的正常运行。介绍了目前常用的一种返料立管水冷装置和新开发的一种水冷装置,对2种水冷装置进行了结构、热力计算和防磨措施的比较,指出了2种水冷装置对煤种的适应性。For a CFB boiler, which takes insulated high-temperature cyclone separator as its separation component, problems such as overheating or even coking caused by secondary combustion of material in both its cyclone separator and vertical returning tube will effect the normal operation of the boiler. An introduction is being presented respectively to a currently used and a newly designed water-cooling device for such vertical material returning tubes, and a comparison is being made to their constructions, thermal calculations, anti-erosion measures as well as their coal adaptabilities.
