摘　　要：分析了环境保险制度建立的必要性、紧迫性,列出了一些建立环境保护制度所面临的问题,并详细提出了政府引导与保险公司赔偿相结合的解决方案以及可供参考的险种。The paper analyses the necessity to set up an environment insurance system. Also it lists the problems that we face and some advice in detail about the government supervision associated with the insurance company compensation and insurances for reference.
