摘　　要：从大学发展的视角论述了加强大学下设学院定位与发展思路论证工作的重要意义和作用,提出了学院定位与发展思路的主要内容和制定学院定位与发展思路要遵循的实事求是、民主化、协调一致、个性化等基本原则。From the perspective of viewing university development,the author illustrates the importance and function of emphasizing studies of demonstrating college location and development thinking in university, puts forward the main content concerning with and establishes such principles as being practical and realistic,being democratic, harmonization and individualization.
