球结膜下麻醉行抗青光眼术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价球结膜下麻醉在抗青光眼手术中应用的可行性、安全性和麻醉效果。方法:对65例110眼青光眼手术用2%利多卡因球结膜下浸润麻醉,并与同期在球后麻醉下行滤过性青光眼手术的55例96眼对比,分析其麻醉效果及需注意的技巧。结果:球结膜下麻醉用于青光眼手术,麻醉镇痛效果良好,患者合作良好,简化了麻醉和手术步骤,缩短了手术时间并能避免球后麻醉的并发症。结论:球结膜下麻醉对于抗青光眼手术是一种有效、安全、快捷、并发症少的麻醉选择,并且容易推广应用。Objective： To evaluate the feasibility, reliability and analgesia effect of subconjunctival anesthesia in antiglaucoma surgery. Methods：65 cases （110 eyes） were performed anti -glaucoma surgeries under subconjunctival anesthesia with 2% Lidocaine, contrast with 55 cases （96 eyes） under retrobulbar anesthesia. The anesthesia effect was analyzed and anesthetic technic was commended. Results：The application Of subconjunctival anesthesia in anti-glaucoma surgery can give a good cooperation in course , and avoid the complications of retrobulbar anesthesia and reduce program of anesthesia and surgery, shorten the surgical time with satisfactory anesthesia effect. Conclusions：Subconjunctival anesthesia is effective, safe alternative in anti-glaucoma surgery, it can refer less anesthetic complications and more short surgical time. It is easy to be applied widely.
