法莫替丁的肠道吸收及薄荷醇的促进作用

摘　　要：目的:研究法莫替丁在肠道吸收中药物剂量与吸收率的关系及薄荷醇对其吸收促进作用的影响。方法:采用在体大鼠肠段回流实验,通过回流药液在肠道中循环前后量的变化,计算出不同浓度法莫替丁肠道吸收的累积吸收量和吸收百分率,比较不同浓度薄荷醇对法莫替丁肠道吸收的作用。结果:回流药液的浓度对吸收有明显影响,随回流药液浓度的增大其累积吸收量和吸收百分率也不断增大,但当回流药液的浓度增大到一定量时,吸收百分率的变化开始不明显;不同浓度的薄荷醇对同一浓度回流药液的累积吸收量和吸收百分率都有不同程度的影响。结论:法莫替丁在肠道吸收中药物剂量与吸收率呈正比关系,到达一定量时呈现吸收饱和现象;薄荷醇对法莫替丁肠吸收有促进作用。Objective： To study the relationship between the does of the famotidine absorbed by intenstine and the ratio of absorption and the influence of the menthohl on the intenstindal absorption was also concemed. Method： The test of recirculatine perfusion was adopted in the rats intestine. By observing the changes of drug dose in circulated solution to calculate the cumulative absorptivity and the ratio of absorption of famotidine with different concentration. Compared the influence of the menthol of different concentration on the intenstinal absorption of famotidine. Result： The concentration of circulated solution obviously affect the famotidine absorption. When improve the circulated solution concentration, the absorption were enhanced eoincidencely. But when the famotidine solution reached to some extent, the changes of ratio of absorptivity were not more obviously. Different concentrations of menthol solution could diffrently enhanced the absorption of the same concentration of famotidine solution. Conclusion： The absorption of famotidine in intestine showed a dose-affect relationship. Menthol could impove the intestine famotidine absorption.
