摘　　要：血管紧张素受体AT-1相关的受体蛋白(APJ)是G蛋白耦联受体(GPCRs)成员之一。APJ及其内源性配体Apelin(APJ endogenous ligand)在中枢和外周广泛分布,在心血管系统、内分泌系统及免疫系统等都有重要的的生物学效应。Apelin系统已经成为新药研制非常有意义的靶点。APJ-the putative receptor protein related to the angiotensin receptor AT1 ,is a member of the G protein coupled receptors family. APJ and its endogenous ligand-Apelin are distributed in central and peripheral tissues widely and have important biological effect in cardiovascular system, endocrine system and immune system and so on.. Apelin system has been the significant target in new drug development.
