摘  要:脑膜瘤是颅内脑外常见的脑外肿瘤,典型脑膜瘤影像诊断并不困难,但不典型者与其他颅内脑外肿瘤及部分靠近脑实质表面向脑外生长脑实质肿瘤不易鉴别,如何提高不典型脑膜瘤的诊断是一个亟待解决的问题。近年来,磁共振频谱技术的不断发展及临床经验的积累为不典型脑膜瘤的诊断提供了一种无创地、可重复地、可靠地检测方法。Meningiomas are the most common extra-axial brain tumours of primary intracranial neo- plasms. Typical meningiomas are in general easily diagnosed by their characteristic imaging appearance. However, it is difficult to diagnose between atypical meningioma and other intracranial brain tumours as well as some tumours next to the surface of brain essence. How to improve the capability in imaging diagnosis of memingioma is still an interesting problem. Recent years,with the development of magnetic resonance spectroscopy ( MRS ) and accumulation of clinical empirical, the new no-injury methods were offered ,which are safe and have higher repeatability.
