依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的近期疗效。方法选择广东饶平县华侨医院就诊的慢性心力衰竭患者68例，随机分为两组：对照组32例，给予地高辛0．125～0．25mg，1次／d，双氢克尿噻25mg，1～2次／d。治疗组36例，在对照组治疗的基础上加用依那普利5～10mg，1次／d，口服，心力衰竭状况稳定后加用美托洛尔6．25～25mg，2次／d，口服，观察并对比两组患者治疗前与治疗后4周疗效比较及LV／LVEF变化情况。结果治疗组与对照组的疗效比较差异显著有统计学意义，治疗组治疗前后LVEF变化较对照组有显著性差异。结论依那普利联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭，其治疗后的近期效果是安全肯定的。Objective To discuss curative effect of Enalapril binded with Metoprolol in treating Chronic heart failure in the near future. Methods To choose 68 cases with Chronic heart failure in Huaqiao hospital of Raoping in Guangdong. They are divided into two groups randomly, control group are 32 cases, which are given digoxin 0. 125 - 0.25 mg once per day, Bremil 25 mg, once or twice per day. Treatment group are 36 cases,which are given oral enalapril 5 - 10 mg once per day based on the same therapy used in control group. Then, the patients accepted oral metoprolol 6.25-25 mg twice per day. The therapeutic efficacy before theraoy and after therapy for 4 weeks are compared between two groups, so did the changes of LV/LVEF. Results There was great difference between the therapeutic efficacy of two groups. The changes of LVEF before and after therapy also had great difference between treatment group and control group. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of enelapril binded with metoprolol in treating chronic heart failure is safety and affirmatice in the near future.
