约利弹簧秤的改进

摘　　要：对传统约利弹簧秤装置进行改进,降低了装置的总体高度,增加了主尺上游标的测量精度,使用同步齿轮旋转带动约利弹簧上下移动,采用水槽排水方式使液面缓慢下降,增加霍尔传感器测量弹簧振子周期.改进后的约利弹簧秤外形美观,便于调节,稳定性好且精度高.The Jolly spring balance is improved by reducing the height of the installation, and increasing the accuracy of the vernier on the main scale, using synchronous gear to move the Jolly spring balance, decreasing slowly the fluid surface using sink drainage, and adding Hall sensor to measure the period of the spring. The improved Jolly spring balance has the advantages of beautiful shape, easy for adjusting, good stability and high precision.
