摘　　要：自1999年以来,外观设计在浙江的专利申请中一直占有过半的比重,呈现出"一股独大"的局面,本文从这种现象的形成原因入手,分析在现阶段浙江外观设计专利申请高比重的合理性和必要性,并提出浙江应在坚持模仿创新的基础上发展"混合创新"。From 1999, exterior design takes an important role in patent application. This article starts with the cause of this phenomenon, to analyze the rationality and essentiality of the present patent application of ZheJiang exterior design. In addition, it posed that ZheJiang should develop ＂combined innovation＂ based on imitation and creation.
