摘　　要：根据一组已知浓度混合液的吸光度，经一无线性回归建立组分的工作方程。比较了建立工作方程的不同方法，并测定了三组分复方制剂安痛定注射液。本法可使吸收度线性组合法用于较复杂混合体系的测定。Based on the absorbance data of a group, standard solution,working equation of component was established by linear regression. The different melthods of establishing working equation were compared. With proposed method, three components antodin injection was determined and a satisfactory result was obtained. The method can make the linear combination method of absorbance suitable for the determination of complex mixed liquid.
