摘　　要：回顾了昆明动物园20年滇金丝猴圈养历程,总结了人工条件下滇金丝猴饲养、繁育、疾病防治的经验及教训,对进一步的保护工作提出思考,认为应充分发挥专业性动物园的保护教育职能,才能促进社会和谐发展,并建议林业部门协调异地保护以支持就地保护。20 years of breeding of Yunan golden monkey in captivity in Kunming was reviewed; experience and lessons of feeding and breeding in captivity were sunmmarized and their further conservation was considered; the importance of conservation education of professional zoo was discussed and the role of in - situ and ex - situ conservation should be coordinated.
