摘  要:研究了稀土Ce对化学镀Co-Ni-B合金层组织结构的影响。采用X-射线衍射仪、电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪、透射电镜和原子力显微镜考察了合金镀层的成分、结构和表面形貌。结果表明:随着镀液里Ce添加量的增加,合金镀层中的Co、Ni、Ce含量升高,B含量降低。化学镀Co-Ni-B合金层的结构由非晶态转变为微晶态。化学镀Co-Ni-B合金镀层表面由圆锥峰构成,较为平整;添加稀土Ce后,镀层变得凹凸不平。The effect of rare earth Ce on the structure of the electroless Co- Ni- B alloy was studied. The composition, structure and morphology of the Co-Ni-B-RE alloy coating were measured by the XRD, ICP, TEM and AFM. The results showed that with the increasing of cerium in the plating both, the boron content in alloy coating decreased, while cobalt, nickel and cerium contents increased. As a result, the amorphous Co-Ni-B alloy transformed to a microcrystalline structure. The surface of Co-Ni-B alloy coating was composed of taper humps. The surface of electroless Co-Ni-B alloy coating was much about smooth, and the irregular surface of coating was formed under the action of rare cerium.
