水溶性防火涂料的制备

摘　　要：研究制备了一种新型的水溶性膨胀型防火涂料。介绍了该涂料各成分的作用及原理,得出了较合理的配方及工艺。其耐火时间为55 m in,超过了GB12441-1998 20 m in的时间,而且漆膜的其它性能也达到了国家标准。该涂料属于水溶性防火涂料,减少了有机溶剂对环境的污染,并且施工方便,成本低廉,防火性能优良。A kind of novel water-soluble fireproof dope was successfully prepared. The function of each compoment of the dope is described and an optimum prescription for preparing this dope is reported. The obtained dopecoating is characterized by good fireproof performance, which meets the national standard. Its fireproofing time is 55 min, far above the national standard of 20 min （GB12441-1998）. Besides, other performances also reach the national standard. The dope is water-soluble, which help decrease the pollution from organic solvent, easy to use, in low cost and excellent in fireproofing performance.
