摘 要:经正交试验确定了三价铬电镀黑铬的最佳镀液组成和工艺条件,并对优选的三价铬镀液及镀层进行性能测试,结果表明:镀液的分散能力约为15%;镀液的覆盖能力约为95%;还测定了几种镀液的阴极极化曲线,并进行了比较,最优镀液的阴极极化曲线的极化度最大。电镀5 m in的镀层厚度约为0.5μm,镀层的主要组分为C r、O、Co、P和N a。The technology processes was fixed based on the single factor test, and comparison analysis from the results of Hull cell test. The best composition and operating condition were obtained by orthogonal tests. Performance of the optimal bath and coatings were tested. The results show that the throwing power and covering power of the bath are of 15 % and 95 % respectively; the largest polarization degree of the cathode polarization curve is obtained from the optimal bath; the composition elements of the coating are Cr, O, Co, P and Na, and the thickness of the coating with 5 min plating is about 0.5μm by XRF.
