摘　　要：中美特殊关系的形成最早是从经济层面开始的。在中国解决白银危机的过程中,经历了国际合作解决路线与美国单独协商等阶段。在这个过程当中,中国最终进行了币制改革并在实质上将法币盯紧美元,形成了中美特殊经济关系。而随着远东和国际形势的发展,中美特殊关系逐渐由经济走向政治、军事层面。The Sino-U. S. special relationship began from economic aspect at first. To solve the silver crisis, China had to negotiate with the international countries such as UK, Japan, and then United States lonely. Ultimately, as a result, China innovated the currency system, and bound the Chinese Dollar（Fa Bi） with the U.S. Dollar actually, so the Sino-U. S. economic special relationship was formed first. Following with the development of the far-east and the world situation, the Sino-U. S. special relationship extent from the economic to military and political aspects.
