摘  要:根据7种运行参数对N2O排放特性的影响实验数据,针对其数据较少且规律性不明显的特点应用灰色关联分析方法,计算了各运行参数对N2O生成影响的灰色关联度,并确定了影响N2O生成的主要参数.结果表明,床温和过量空气系数对N2O生成的影响作用显著,而床料高度、二次风率和循环倍率的影响作用近似可忽略;关联顺序为:床温>过量空气系数>钙硫比>燃料粒径>床料高度>二次风率>循环倍率.实验结果的灰色关联分析可对油页岩循环流化床的设计和N2O排放的控制提供参考数据.Based on the experiments about effect of seven operating factors on N2O emission, whose data was so little that the characteristics were not apparent yet, grey relational analysis was used to treat the experiments data and to obtain grey relational degree of operating factors. Calculation results indicate that bed temperature and excess air have marked influence on N2O emission; the effects of bed material height, secondary air ratio and circulation ratio are negligible comparatively. The operating variables sequenced in order of decreasing effect are bed temperature, excess air, Ca/S, particle size, bed material height, secondary air ratio and circulation ratio. The grey relational analysis of experimental results can provide reference data for design and controlling N2O emission of oil shale-fired CFB furnaces.
