摘 要:为验证油页岩和高硫煤混烧时油页岩的脱硫效果以及油页岩作为可燃脱硫剂的可行性,在小型热态流化床燃烧实验台上进行了桦甸油页岩与高硫合山煤的混煤燃烧污染物排放特性实验研究,得到了不同油页岩和高硫合山煤质量比(0∶100,20∶80,40∶60,50∶50和60∶40)的混煤在燃烧过程中SO2,NO,NO2和NOx等污染物的排放特性.结果表明,在高硫煤中掺入越多的油页岩量,SO2排放量越低,而NO和NO2排放量有所增加,在油页岩掺入量少于20%以前,SO2排放量下降明显,之后逐渐趋于稳定,综合考虑,在高硫煤中掺烧20%左右的油页岩可以有效地降低SO2排放量.For validating the desulfurization effect of oil shale on the high sulfur coal, and oil shale being a combustible desulfurizer as well, a hot experiment of gaseous pollutants was carried out with Huadian oil shale and high sulfur Heshan coal mixture samples (the mass ratio is 0 : 100,20 : 80,40 : 60,50 : 50 and 60 : 40) by using an oil shale circulating fluidized bed (CFB) iaboratory-setup, and obtain emission characteristic of SO2, NO, NO2 etc. The results show that SO2 release quantity is decreased with an increase in the oil shale content of mixture fuel, but NO, NO2 release quantity is a little increase; Before adding 20% mass Huadian oil shale into Heshan coal, SO2 release quantity is markedly decreased, which gradually hold the line. In conclusion, adding about 20% mass Huadian oil shale into Heshan coal is very effective for desulfurization of mixture fuel during combustion.
