摘  要:以除去QI的中温煤沥青为原料,在催化剂和外加磁场的作用下,将原料加热到400℃左右反应6h^12h.溶剂溶解、洗涤后过滤、晾干,制备得到中间相炭微球(MCMB),作为MCMB形成机理的新的研究对象.通过SEM进行形貌分析和XRD进行结构分析,观察到"苹果"形MCMB的生成和典型的片状结构包覆在MCMB表面,以及典型的MCMB形成过程中的核.XRD图谱显示MCMB的晶面间距较大,样品的结晶度较低.认为磁场是形成"苹果"形MCMB的重要条件并且MCMB的生长与片状结构有密切关系,在此基础上提出了"核-壳"结构的生长机理.As a new researched object, effect on a certain activator and magnetic field, some mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) were prepared from a coal tar pitch not including quinoline insolubles at 400 ℃ and by holding 6 h to 12 h, then filtrating and airing after solving and washing it with solvent. They can be used as an anode material for a Lithium-ion battery. By analyzing appearance with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and structure with X-ray diffraction (XRD) of MCMB, some "apple" shaped MCMB and a typical slice coverd the surface of a sphere were observed. We can also see a typical "core" in the course of formation. XRD patterns of MCMB indicated that the degree of crystal was very low. It was found that the formation of the "apple" shaped MCMB related with the magnetic field and the typical slice closely. The "core-shell" formation mechanism of MCMB was advanced based on the upper analysis.
