摘  要:为研究异类风机串联后的吸气特性及适合风机串联的工况条件,笔者在横流风机和离心风机单机吸气性能试验的基础上,进行了横流风机与离心风机串联吸气性能试验。试验结果表明,横流风机与离心风机串联运行与风机单独运行相比,在低阻区不稳定,但与两台横流风机串联运行相比,稳定性有较大改善;当管道阻力变小时,串联失去意义。该结论为异类风机串联参数的选择提供了依据。In order to study the suction characteristic and the work conditions for fans in series, based on the tests of the single cross-flow fan and the single centrifugal fan, experiment study on the suction characteristic of cross-flow fan and centrifugal fan in series is carried out. The results showed that, the suction characteristic of cross-flow fan and centrifugal fan in series is differrent form the single fan, and the suction characteristic is unsteady at the less resistance; but the stability is improve greatly compared with two cross-flow fans in series. Cross-flow fan and centrifugal fan in series are useless at the less resistance. References are given for selecting parameters when fans in series.
