摘  要:设计制作了适合于我国北方冬季结冰地区的全天候河道水情测报系统。该系统采用基于空气、冰和水的电阻率差异对冰层厚度和冰下水位进行检测的新型冰层厚度传感器进行河道水情数据的采集,同时融合了移动通信中GSM短信息数据传输技术,实现对太原地区汾河流域河道水情的全天候自动化遥测。这一新的河道水情检测系统可以为我国北方冬季结冰地区实现全天候河道水情与水环境自动测报提供一种新的模式。For the characteristic of water he River, this paper shows an all-weather information measuring and reporting in Taiyuan Fenhydrological measuring and reporting system which suits for the north area where rivers will ice over in winter. Two new techniques are used in the system, one is new style sensor of ice thickness, and the other is data transmission by the GSM short message. The sensor based on the principle of the physical difference of air, ice and water can detect both thickness of ice and water level under ice. The system makes it reality that all- weather hydrological automatic monitoring in Taiyuan Fenhe river regime and will be a new solution that resolves problems of water information and water environment automatic monitoring in north China.
