摘 要:通过高温固相法,控制不同的铝锶比,在1300℃下制得不同发光性能的铝酸锶铕镝发光材料,讨论了铝锶比对磷光体物相和发光性能的影响。XRD图表明,当铝锶比变化较大时,生成的铝酸锶磷光体物相完全不同。相分析和光谱显示,随着n(Al)/n(Sr)的降低,磷光体晶体结构对称性的降低,发射光谱的主峰位置逐渐向长波方向移动;不同铝锶比合成的磷光体都具有较好的长余辉特性,但铝锶比为0.5的磷光体的余辉性能还较差。综合分析认为,铝锶比为3.5,1.8的磷光体发射光谱对应于Eu2+离子的5d—4f跃迁,而铝锶比为0.5的发射光谱对应于Dy3+的跃迁发射。By solid state reaction, strontium aluminate long afterglow luminescent phosphors were synthesized when controlled the suitable n(Al)/n(Sr) value at 1300℃, and the effects of n(Al)/n(Sr) on the luminescent properties and phases of the phosphors were discussed. The XRD patterns of luminescent powders show that the phases of the phosphors are disparate. The results of phases analysis and emission peaks indicate that the main peaks intend to shift the longer wavelength with n(Al)/n(Sr) value decreasing and the symmetry of crystal structure of the phosphors depressing. All of the phosphors with different n(Al)/n(Sr) value have properties of the long afterglow. The property of the long afterglow of the phosphor is poor when n(Al)/n(Sr) value is 0. 5. All of the properties indicate that the emission spectrums of the phosphors are assigned to the transitions of Eu^2+ ion from 5d-4f when the n(Al)/n(Sr) value is 3.5 and 1.8, respectively. The emission spectrum of the phosphors is assigned to the transitions of Dy^3+ ion when the n(Al)/n(Sr) value is 0.5.
