摘　　要：介绍了一种用CCD测量透镜MTF的实用方法。该方法采用一系列不同空间频率的矩形光栅作为目标板,对其像进行抽样处理,建立了像的归一化直方图和透镜MTF之间的关系。对同一双胶合透镜在不同空间频率下的MTF值进行了测量,所得结果与实际值基本吻合。同时,对影响透镜调制传递函数的因素进行了说明。A practical method of the modulation transfer function（MTF） of lens with CCD is introduced in this paper. A series of rectangle gratings with different space frequency is taken the target, the image of target is sampled and disposed, a relationship is proposed between the histogram of the image and the MTF of the measurement system. The MTF of the same lens in the different space frequency is measured, the results agree well with the practical results .Moreover, the factors that influence the MTF of lens are stated in this paper.
