摘 要:低温等离子体氧化法是一种集光、电、化学氧化于一体的新型水处理技术,适用范围广、处理效果好,近年来备受关注。主要阐述了低温等离子体处理废水的基本原理,对现行研究使用的等离子体反应器进行了分类,介绍了低温等离子体技术的国内外研究现状,分析了催化剂在脉冲放电过程中的作用,并探讨了该技术在废水处理中存在的问题以及应用前景。Cryogenic plasma oxidation technology is a novel, effective and interesting wastewater treatment technology with the synthetic effect in light, electricity and chemical oxygen. The basic principle ofwastewater treatment by cryogenic plasma was indicated, the plasma water treatment reactors used in the current research were classified, the existing research conditions at home and abroad were introduced. The function of catalysts in the pulse discharge process was also analyzed. Finally, the existing problems and future development prospect of this technology were presented.
