摘　　要：苏只水电站是依托公伯峡水电站工程,发挥"以大带小"建设优势,实现了"优质、高效、快速"的建设目标。苏只水电站工程进行了大量的优化设计工作,优化了枢纽布置及建筑物设计、节省了工程投资、为施工创造了便利条件、加快了施工进度,为工程首台机组提前发电创造了条件。Based on Gongboxia hydropower project, taking the advantage of ＂large station promoting small one＂, the objectives of ＂high quality, efficiency and high speed＂ are realized in Suzhi hydropower project. Many design optimizations, such as optimizing of project layout and structure designs, have been made so that project investment has been saved, construction schedule accelerated, creating conditions for commissioning of the first Unit in advance.
