摘　　要：以黄河上游苏只水电站为例,针对25m水头段的机组,详细讨论轴流转桨式与灯泡贯流式2种机型的技术经济比较。经比选苏只电站最终选择轴流转桨式机组,且运行良好。Taking the Suzhi HPP on the Yellow River as an example, and as for units operating at 25 m head, this paper discusses in detail the tech - economic comparison of the 2 types of axial flow Kaplan turbine and bulb tubular turbine. After comparison, axial flow Kaplan units were finally selected for the Suzhi HPP and they operate well.
