摘  要:为了观察不同微量营养素干预对急性缺氧能量代谢的影响,用大鼠48只,随机分为6组:平原对照组(组Ⅰ);高原对照组(组Ⅱ);5倍VE需要量组(组Ⅲ);3倍VB1、VB2、VPP需要量组(组Ⅳ);3倍微量元素需要量组(组Ⅴ);微量元素+VB1、VB2、VPP+酸枣仁组(组Ⅵ)。各组动物用上述饲料喂养2周后,除平原对照组外,其他各组减压至6000m模拟高度停留8小时。结果表明,组Ⅲ和组Ⅳ能使血中乳酸、L/P比值下降,心、脑组织呼吸酶活性升高,血中ATP合成较对照组明显增加。组Ⅵ结果和组Ⅳ相似,而且组Ⅴ不能降低血中乳酸含量,不能明显改善能量代谢。In order to investigate the effect of different micronutrients intervention on energy metabolism in acute anoxic rats,48 rats were randomly divided into 6 groups;sea level control(group Ⅰ),altitude control(groupⅡ),5 times VE requirement(groupⅢ),3 times VB1,VB2 and VPP requirement (group Ⅳ),3 times trace elements requirement(groupⅤ)and miconutrients+jujuboside(groupⅥ).The rats were fed with experimental diet for 2 weeks,and then maintained at a simulated altitude of 6000m for 8 hours.The results showed that blood lactic acid and the ratio of lactic acid to pyruvic acid were significantly lower,while the activity of SDH and Cytochrome oxidase in heart and brain tissue,and blood ATP content were significantly higher in group Ⅲ and Ⅳ than those in altitude control.The effect of groupⅥ was basically similar to group Ⅳ,but groupⅤ had no significant effect on improving energy metabolism.
